Cover design and internal illustration for a thriller named “The Hedgehog and the Cat” (“Jizhak ta kit”) by Vasyl Nechyporenko, “Fiol” publishing house (Kyiv, Ukraine).
Internal illustrations were made by hand with natural charcoal. The story is set at night, and events taking place are rather sinister, so the rough and stark black charcoal underlines the general mood of the story.
